Dona Cohn Payne
Ms. Cohn-Payne has been practicing plaintiff's personal injury law for twenty-five years. She has extensive experience engaging in automobile personal injury, civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability. Previously, Ms. Cohn-Payne was a managing attorney at a major personal injury firm in San Francisco. She has extensive experience in all aspects of civil trial practice and has handled thousands of personal injury cases. Ms. Cohn-Payne's litigation experience includes winning verdicts for automobile accident victims and obtaining multi-million dollar settlements for her clients. Ms. Cohn-Payne is a member of the California and Florida State Bars.
In addition to representing people injured in accidents, Ms. Cohn-Payne is a consulting editor for Matthew Bender's Automobile Liability publication of Practice and Pleadings. This is a renowned publication extensively used by attorneys across the country. She is the co-author of The California Automobile Collision Handbook as well as a contributing editor of The Art of Advocacy and California Forms of Jury Instructions published by Lexus Nexis the official publisher of the Judicial Counsel of California Jury Instructions.
