Areas of Our Practice
Auto, Motorcycle, Pedestrian & Bicycle Accidents- People and their families who are victims of collisions face many obstacles in getting back on the road to recovery. Medical bills, lost wages, health insurance and obtaining necessary medical care are just some of the issues that we help our clients deal with. While we cannot turn back the hands of time and make the collision not occur, but obtaining financial compensation is important to lessen the impact on a person's quality of life. Making sure that the carelessness of another driver provides sufficient money to cover all the harms and losses suffered by the victim and their family is also an important part of the healing process. We make sure that we hold the negligent drivers accountable and we are prepared to fully litigate a case. Our firm uses medical experts, accident reconstruction experts, life care plan experts, vocational rehabilitation experts, human factors experts and financial experts should the case require them. Importantly, we do not allow insurance companies and their drivers to avoid full responsibility and distort how an accident occurred.
